YearlyKos Convention in Second Life (YKSL)

Can't make it to the Windy City on August 2nd for Yearly Kos?  You can still be part of this memorable event! The YearlyKos Convention in Second Life (YKSL) will stream video of keynotes and let you attend breakout sessions where you can watch speakers in real time and submit questions for the speakers to answer, just as if you were in Chicago. We'll also have panels that take place exclusively in Second Life. We'll have hospitality suites, an exhibit hall and meet-up areas for you to sit down – virtually -- with the friends and allies you've made.

We offer newbie assistance in-world every Tuesday at 11 a.m. and 6 p.m. ST/PDT until the convention. Friendly avatars will show you the ropes and introduce you to the YKSL experience. You’ll learn how to get the most out of this historic virtual convention. 

We’ll also have pre-convention events that you won’t want to miss. Thursday, July 26^th, actor, writer, director and Air America talk show host Sam Seder joins the YKSL crew for lively chat and well-aimed barbs at all things BushCo.  After the interview and Q&A,  the party and dancing begin at Gina's Place with DJ CookieMaster spinning a progressive mix.

Once you've bought your ticket here, you will receive an e-mail confirming your registration.  You will complete the registration process in Second Life by going to the Pre-Registration Kiosk at the YKSL Registration Center at http://tinyurl.com/yqpoza and entering your ticket number.
